Rustic-style ravioli with chianina beef La Selezione Fini with chopped mushrooms

Ingredients
2 packs of Rustic-style ravioli with chianina beef
La Selezione Fini
1 jar Conserve della nonna chopped mushrooms
1 shullet
butter
125 ml cooking cream
extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
Preparation
Peel the shallot and chop finely. In the meantime, put a drop of oil and a knob of butter in a non-stick frying pan and sauté the shallot until it is golden brown.
Add the chopped mushrooms and let them absorb the flavours on a low heat for a couple of minutes.
Pour in the cream and boil until thick and creamy.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Cook the La selezione Fini rustic-style ravioli with Chianina beef according to the instructions on the packet.
Drain the pasta, pour into the sauce and mix. Arrange on plates and serve piping hot with a little cheese.
