Grantortello with artichokes

Fini has added a new product to its Granclassici range: Grantortello with artichokes. This full-flavoured yet light filled pasta consists of an exquisite filling made with only the best artichokes wrapped in the finest fresh pasta which is bronze drawn for a rough texture.

A new combination and a simple recipe, but one with all the genuine flavour of traditional Italian cuisine and the elegance that we have come to expect from Fini.
