A long history of passion for pasta.
Our story begins in Modena 100 years ago, when Telesforo Fini opened a delicatessen in the very heart of the town. The years passed, and Telesforo's wife began preparing fresh pasta in the back-shop, special tortellini for a few customers, which were tiny and very tasty. The deli enjoyed huge success, soon becoming too small to handle all the work, so Telesforo opened “Ristorante Fini”.
In the fifties, Telesforo's son Giorgio, extended the family business, turning it into a small food industry. He opened the Hotel Real Fini which quickly built up an excellent reputation, counting illustrious guests amongst its clientele.
In the meanwhile, Fini signed an agreement with Agip to manage refreshment areas near motorway service stations. The Fini brand became increasingly better known and, in the Seventies, the artisan company developed into a real industrial set up.
A necessary development process, without renouncing to the quality of the range of recipes and choice of ingredients, bringing Fini’s exquisite, unmistakeable flavour and invaluable tradition to the homes of the Italian people.
