We only select choice raw materials, to bring flavour and genuine foods to your table. A privileged choice, as Fini was founded in the same area in which many of the most important foods used in Italian cuisine are produced.

Exquisite flavours, intensified by exclusively bronze died, fresh pasta. This method produces a rugged surface on the pasta, and an artisan consistency which hold a sauce better.
